"This was our second time visiting this property. We returned because the first time we had an excellent experience and this time it was just as a good or better. We did get an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay extra special. The staff is awesome! Very friendly and always offering to help make our stay the best possible. If we return to visit Puebla, this will be my choice for our stay. Thank you to all of the Staff, you know how to treat your visitors well. "
"The hotel is walkable to the centro, restaurants and shopping we were very happy and comfortable. FYI no safe in rooms. We pre-purchased the breakfast it was worth it if you don't want to walk or figure out were to eat."
"I recently spent my birthday at this hotel while traveling to Puebla, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks just as pictured—if not even nicer. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sandra and Alex, Elinea who went out of their way to give us directions and great recommendations on where to go. Their hospitality really made the stay special. I would definitely come back and spend more time here"
