"Perfect stay. Room was clean, spotless, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was tasty and prepared fresh in small batches. Staff throughout our stay was warm and friendly. We were especially impressed by our restaurant staff from Croatia - he was unfazed despite a full restaurant, gave great and thoughtful service to every table and was really polite and professional. Restaurant served delicious dinners too. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍"
"We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed."
