"I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff were so thoughtful, even organizing our things neatly. Room service was fast and polite, and there were plenty of fun activities like water volleyball. My partner is very social, and soon the staff all knew us — they always greeted us with big smiles. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell us memberships or packages. We could just relax and enjoy our time. Funny enough, as I was leaving, I actually thought, I want to come back next year — maybe even as a member! Before booking, I saw some mixed reviews from 2023, but everything on this trip exceeded my expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect. I highly recommend this resort — it truly made our vacation unforgettable."

"On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. The French food is too salty and the service is not good. There hasn't been anyone serving for half a day! All other dishes are good, except for French cuisine which is very salty!"
