"The apartment was located in a good area steps away from the beach and major shopping district. Check-in took way too longvsince you have to pre-check in on your device and then repeat with staff. The apartment was okay but the AC wasn't working efficiently for the Summer time. The shower had good warm water flow. The kitchen didnt have pots only eating utensils and basic crockery. The wifi was good but cut out due to some issue in the area. The elevators took long to reach the ground floor at the best of times, due to stopping on multiple floors, which was quite annoying. The staff was helpful and tried their best by using Google translate to communicate in English. "
"Very clean and a convenient Hotel near the cruise port. Room service was great. The restaurant with the hotel was top notch and there is a mall right across the street. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff. "
