"The staff in the hotel are very friendly and efficient with their priorities.
The room was very well cleaned and secure. The general air conditioning is very good.
The staff in the breakfast area, are very happy and friendly. The breakfast buffet is nice. "
"Breakfast is free but not a lot of items if you want western food. The is a McDonald's across the street for breakfast and a Starbucks that opens at 9am, osan air base is a 15-20 minute walk and the train station is just up the stairs. Hotel is being renovated and all the rooms are fresh"
"Loved the beautifully appointed pet-friendly suite. It was perfect in every way - clean, well designed, well appointed, great views of the park. Perfect. The only surprise was the need to make an extra payment to use the pool, even if you are a guest of the hotel. Given how much we pay for the room, it seemed strange to have to pay to use the pool."
"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. There are no readily accessible eateries nearby. "
"I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was small compared to American standards but it was confortable for one person. Within walking distance to metro station. "
