"The services are really good and the staffs are very friendly and always try to help. The room is clean and the location is good, next to the palace. Only complain is the AC cannot be shutdown"
"Nice, comfortable, tidy room. Reasonable hours for staffing. Excellent breakfast that consisted of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, fruit, scrambled eggs, and various toppings like honeys and jams; though breakfast does cost extra. Sometimes it’s much cheaper when booked on Hotels.com than with the hotel or in person (€15 per breakfast, but I think we only paid $2 per day with Hotels.com). Bus stops right outside that takes you downtown, and the bus to the airport is about 100 yards away. Would stay again!"
