Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was amazing. Even in the winter the grounds were beautiful. Spotted deer roaming the parking lots and woods. Used the hot tubs, pool and lazy river. All were wonderful. "
"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The furniture in the room was a little hit or miss. Stayed in a room with a sofa, the first room did not have a sofa, the second room had a slightly leaky sink. The staff moved me no problem. The sheets were wonderful and the coffee machine was great. Love the fact that they had a workout facility. The mattress was a little saggy, but the shower was hot and the restrooms were clean. I would stay again."
"It didn't say online but if you were wondering like me, the hotel room does have a microwave and mini fridge and there is an icemaker on premises also, those are my main things I need. Also the first floor units have their own exits to outside and the pool. Hotel was clean and nice and finally a hotel with real breakfast like sausage, eggs, waffles and a fresh made omelet with toppings of your choice. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacays."
"The hotel self parking was easy and secure. The woman who checked us in was kind and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Checkout was easy. We didn’t visit the bar but it looked great. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
Hostels can be a less expensive alternative to Texas hotels, as you can stay in a shared dormitory. Haystack Hostel offers free in-room WiFi and free parking. Firehouse Hostel has free in-room WiFi and a bar. Wanderstay Houston Hostel is another low-cost option.
