"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Omni Providence Hotel while celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to let them know about the occasion, and from the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond.
At check-in, they wished her a happy birthday, offered to send something up to the room, and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a luxury suite. My daughter summed it up perfectly when she asked, “Is this how rich people live?” — which still makes us laugh.
They sent up a delicious cake with a beautifully written card, which was such a thoughtful touch. Abby and Jen at the front desk were fantastic and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire stay. We were also given a late checkout, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The location is perfect — easy access to the mall and we had an awesome time at Level 99. On top of everything else, the kids even received goody bags, which made them feel just as special.
This was truly an unforgettable stay, and the attention to detail made my wife’s birthday weekend incredibly memorable. I can’t recommend the Omni Providence enough — we will absolutely be back."
