"I didn't eat any breakfast. Staff was amazing and very helpful. My room was clean and I felt very comfortable and safe. Iwhen I come over to Arkansas I have stay with you. Since 2007. My last time was in 8/13/22. The room was don't completely clean. But this time it a 100% better. Friendly staff. "

"Definitely a step back in time, and the rooms and amenities show that. It’s comfortable enough, but the mattresses are old. The carpets are faded. The paint is peeling off the walls and the tile in the bathrooms is chipped. Yes they’re renovating, but most of the rooms have not been renovated. There’s a charm to it, but it’s not always the most comfortable, especially when the sink doesn’t drain and the shower doesn’t give you any cold water, just scalding hot. Also when I arrived, the thermal baths were closed as there was a townwide outage, but that should’ve been put on the website so that people were aware and planned accordingly. Fortunately, the hot tub was working, but it too is in need of some repairs all in all, perfectly fine for a night or two, but don’t get too excited."
