"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "

"There no sea view since the hotel isn’t by the sea but an impressive art deco lobby, corridors and restaurant and artist paintings everywhere. Perfectly clean room and good room cleaning service. Staff very helpful particularly the staff at the restaurant La Bastille with the chef coming out to ask about the food and even giving my wife a recipe for a special dish"

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall however exceeded expectations."

"The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent. Muhammad and Kareem are very professional and their service was awesome! The dining experience was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. There was also a chef available to make custom egg omelet's. We also dined in at their restaurant for dinner twice and their chef made every meal we had there with perfection. "

"Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars"
