"The stay was pretty bad, very poor wifi and mostly no wifi, terrible beds, uncomfortable, pillows are a joke, bathroom needs lot of maintenance, this hotel does not deserve to be 4 stara for sure, i do not understand how they got it in the first place. It is a 2 stars hotel for sure. I overpaid for something that was not worth it.
i had to cut my trip short and checked out a day earlier and requested for a refund, they said they will get back to me however they still did not message me (it has been 2 days already)."
