"Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia. Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries! Will not return!!!"

"Good location, but the staff is lacking. Poor maintenance culture. It's disappointing to see such a beautiful place left to disrepair because the staff is not trying enough. My room comes with free breakfast, but they seemed to run out of Nescafe satchel and sugar. Fot the amount I pain, it was unacceptable. "

"Beautiful hotel! Great service! The room is very spacious with modern updates. Nice views from the balcony. The food is delicious and nicely presentable and plated well. I cant express how beautiful this hotel is. Highly recommended especially for those coming from abroad looking for comfort and modern upgrades."
