"The staff was extremely kind and helpful, my family of 4 checked in a little late and the front desk person was super friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed with a fantastic view but showed some general signs of aging. There was a very large stain on the couch, the rug in the bedroom was fraying pretty noticeably all around the edges, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"The look of the room was amazing, probably redone recently. The buildings were in good shape, but of the three buildings the furthest one away lacked parking. A room maintenance cart was let by our room all day blocking the walk way. And we had two spots on our carpet that stayed wet the whole time we were there. The pillows lacked any support. Otherwise the room was impressive and quiet. Quick walk to the casinos and to the lake. Not sure I liked $5 for access to the private beach per person"

"Was a little hesitant about staying here after reading reviews. But i have to say it was tremendous as it always has been in the past!! When we hot married in Lake Tahoe 39 years ago we stayed here, it was Caesars then. We have continued to return here and it never disappoints! The only complaint i would have is that there is NO room service!! Common!! We had an upgrade because of our Vip status, the room did not disappoint!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains!!"
