10/10 Excellent
"The check-in was smooth and the hotel offer free afternoon tea and late snack. There is a water dispenser on each floor and free shuttle bus to and from hotel in Jiaoxi Train Station. "
"Really beautiful place. Check in was solid. I was bikepacking and they were able to accommodate me. Breakfast was delicious. The ambiance of the place was great. A very unique stay on my trip to Taiwan. Definitely a highlight, I was pleasantly surprised."
"The hot spring feature in the room is perfect. Service is outstanding as well. Location is super convenient with plenty of food options and shopping options nearby. "
"Highly recommended! I really like the design of the room, and the well design of the common area. Unlimited welcome drinks (tea, wine, ect) and snacks (cookies, cake, etc). Staff are very helpful, my son had nose bleeding in the lobby, they helped out right away, and sent an ice pack to us. Just the view of the hot spring in the balcony got blocked a bit (I think it is a security reason) and the bathroom sink is a bit limited. Also, the price is very beautiful, about $200+/night! "
"The bunkbed room was perfect for our family. Each bunk has privacy curtains and a light inside. There was a nice living room space with a sofa. The wash basin is separate from the toilet and shower.
The location is so convenient next to the traditional artisan village.
I should also mention the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety.
Evening dining options are limited and while we were there in December they closed at 18:00. We ventured out for dinner. "
