The staff at front desk is amazing and very helpful
We stayed with my whole family and
my mom had her flight cancelled and had to stay at the hotel by herself not speaking the language
I left all instructions at the hotel and they followed every instruction perfectly
I am very grateful to the hotel and the staff

Fantastic location 5 mins walk to the main clock tower on the waterfront.
Everyone of the staff from security to customer service to restaurant staff are so friendly and helpful.
