"Communication was excellent. I was about to pass the reception operation hours. They assured me that everything would be ready and it was. Fireplace was amazing. You can order coles and uber eats and arrives easily. Do not miss the stargazing experience which is just a walk away after dark soo close to the place. Definitely going back. "

"I figure you need a vending that operates 24/7 and sticks snacks,milk, and maybe sandwiches! We stayed two nights and ran out of milk! It was raining cats and dogs, Leura has closed for the evening! It was just seven pm and I had to drive inthe rain to find a service station just to get milk and a snack! Please put ina vending machine. Ivor gilhooly Room 240 sat20 Dec and Sunday 22dec 2025! Besides our stay was great top class we will come again very soon! Please put in the vending machine for people like me who get hungry at all hours of the day or night! Thank you😎🙏"

"Lots of great facilities, heated indoor and outdoor pool, theatre, golf, plenty of activities to suit all ages. The rooms were well maintained, and the view is spectacular. Would stay here again. "

"This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise! Place is older but clean and a great base for daily adventures in the area. Great location near grocery shops so we had options for microwave food when we didn't want to eat out."

"Great hotel/motel at the edge of Blackheath. Super friendly & helpful staff. Loved the hot tub and nice touches like the tea point & lobby cafe. Handy location for the Blackheath area including Evans & Govetts Leap lookouts (with a car). "

"Lovely older style hotel with friendly check-in and clean spacious room with everything you needed. Breakfast was a let down, out of date yoghurt, milk and no bread for toast. Otherwise really nice stay. "
