Relatively expensive, but what do you expect, this is St Moritz.

Room was fine. Lighting in the room could be improved. Subdued lighting is Ok for a romantic restaurant but not when you’re packing your bag and you need to find a missing pair of socks.
Staff on Reception were helpful.
The guy on the bar with the fancy moustache was hopeless, far too slow. He was more interested in chatting to a couple of women at the bar from the US. Perhaps it was the prospect of a tip? Anyway, no coffee for us which was unfortunate."
"The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. "
"I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly. "

Our room was refurbished and furnishings are practical with lots of storage space.
One of the hotel restaurants- Made in Asia serves fantastic Thai cuisine - a very pleasant surprise. "
