"We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning! The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves — the perfect combination for both relaxing and enjoying the water. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Every meal was delicious, and they even had an asado one night which was so fun! What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders and servers throughout the resort were incredibly kind, funny, and attentive — always making sure everyone was having a great time and feeling taken care of. I truly have zero complaints. I loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Secrets Tulum exceeded every expectation and delivered a perfect vacation experience."

"We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this all-inclusive resort with our family, including our 2-year-old and 10-month-old. We stayed in the Family Selection, which was absolutely worth it and made traveling with young children so much easier. The resort was very stroller-friendly, clean, and felt safe and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food offered great variety for both adults and kids. The pools and family areas were a highlight, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We made great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families with young children."

" We had attended Hydro Therepy at the Spa, however there were a lot of showers not working. The couple's massage at the beach was wonderful! No matter at which restaurant we ate at the food was great! The shows were amazing. Lots of places to eat and drink. The weather was good! We had fabulous vacation. "

"My stay at TRS Yucatán was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible butlers Belén, Christian, and Alex, especially Belén and Christian. Belén and Christian went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They are the kind of people who turn a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and passion for what they do are rare and deserve special recognition. Alex was also wonderful and consistently helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and contributing to the overall feeling of comfort and ease throughout my stay. As for TRS Yucatán, this resort is the definition of luxury done right. The property is stunning, the food is excellent, the service is seamless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. Every detail feels intentional, and the adults-only experience creates a perfect balance of elegance and fun. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I owe much of that to Belén and Christian. They are absolute gems and a credit to the TRS Yucatán brand. I cannot wait to return."
