"Water was dirty at shower and when i lost room key card ,the replacement key they charged 500 tk. The worst is they never disclose it upfront. Very rude at front desk management. "

"It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you"
