"Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. El Gouna is my new favourite holiday destination from now on."

"Breakfast portions and portions were great. The eggs station chef was always cooperative and helpful, plenty of veggies, fruit, bakery, and oven fresh bread and Egyptian Feteer. Same goes to the launch with so many fresh options, varied meal options including great pastry on offer. Dinner options varied every day with a specific themes each day that makes the dinner staff change the table clothing and their costume accordingly. Room service staff are wonderful and very helpful"

"The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience "

"The resort is perfect, the hotel is beautiful.. the staff are amazing!! Highly recommended .. great location as it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride into Hurghada. It’s worthwhile going all inclusive as the drinks and food is expensive, but if you prefer just to go bed and breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants in town that are excellent value for money. Hurghada is safe and there’s plenty of bargains to have, just be prepared to barter the price and never pay what the shop keepers initially ask 😃"

"Had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, very good swimming pool, good selections of buffet food at meal times especially breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull. Only downside for us was the apartments were out of the hotel complex, was neighbouring and the security did not feel as good as the hotels, a short walk into hotel conplex which did not bother us, but would be abit more difficult for people with accessibility issues"
