"LOCATION: The location of this hotel was great. It is extremely close to both Chandigarh Airport and Chandigarh Junction Railway Station. I used both during my stay in Chandigarh and found it easy to travel to and from the hotel using Uber. The hotel is a 12–15 minute walk to Elante Mall, which offers unlimited food, drink, and shopping options. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it is very quiet and peaceful. Taking Uber rides to attractions such as Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Capitol Complex, and local cafés and restaurants was fairly easy and convenient. STAFF: There was minimal interaction with the front desk staff. However, the room cleaning staff were extremely helpful, hardworking, and pleasant to speak with. The on-site security staff were also friendly and professional. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The hotel breakfast was a key highlight and was done very well. The breakfast buffet offered endless options that were hot and fresh. It also included live food preparation, with dishes served immediately. The restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience. ROOM AND CLEANLINESS: The room was clean and well maintained. There were no issues with hot water. WIFI AND ELEVATORS: Both elevators experienced issues over multiple days. At times, the elevator buttons did not register and would cancel selections. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent and disconnected in certain areas, with no Wi-Fi in the restaurant."

"Staff- In room dining manager Mr. Pallav took exceptional care of my dietrery needs. We have been to many 5 star hotels but the care Mr. Pallav took of our family was amazing. Even the doorman Mr. Samarjeet was.great. Highly recommend this hotel."
