The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "Newly refurbished Henri Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Good location. Stayed Henri Hotel in Berlin several times and wouls definitely stay at Kitzbühl again. Great deal for what you get! Spa, indoor lap pool, Sauna and Steam. Afternoon Brotzeit!"

"Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night. "
