"The room was immaculate and very warm with central heating, which was much needed due to the outside temp of below minus 6, Mae and Ruel the staff go over and beyond to help, nothing is to much trouble, for them, even helping to dig out snowed in cars, evening meal are great good choice of set menu or Al a cart, very reasonable priced, and freshly cooked to order, breakfast is buffet style with, a wide range of choices omelette and eggs can be cooked to order and again reasonably priced for the selection "

"We absolutely adored our stay at Fenomen Plitvice Resort. The location is outstanding with the most picturesque overlook of the park 500 meters from the property. Additionally, we were able to walk from the resort to the P3 entrance to the park. The hotel had a wonderful free breakfast and allowed you to reserve a private 40 min spa session which was outstanding after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed two dinners at the restaurant and had a lovely experience (with delicious Croatian wine) both times. Highly recommend this resort!"

"The rooms and the entire facility are immaculately maintained, a definite 10/10 rating for cleanliness. The building is on a large, manicured lot and our window overlooked the beautiful back field. The rooms are very quiet with comfortable bed. It was nice to wake up to a delicious hearty breakfast before driving off to our next stop."

"We loved staying at Villa Prica! We flew into Zagreb and then drove here with a plan of hiking the Plitvice National Park. The roads getting into the area a narrow and you might think you're not in the right place if you're accustomed to roads in the US, but trust Google maps and you'll get there! We were greeted by the family and shown to our room which was quaint, clean, and really comfortable. We were there in the off season, so there weren't many restaurant options nearby. Luckily the kitchen was open at Villa Prica and all of our meals there were delicious. You'll feel almost like you're in a small, alpine town while staying here. It is a convenient location for the park as well. Strongly recommend!"
