"We arrived in Jan (off season) it was super quiet and what we wanted (we were the only ones there besides staff) allowing us to take amazing pics (I haven’t n loaded yet) it was a great experience. Although at night, I did get a tiny bit concerned when we went back to tip the staff and there wasn’t anyone to be found. Nothing bad happened in fact we are planning on coming back. The view was great the amenities were great as well. We ordered dinner that wasn’t included and breakfast and it was tasty. They gave us unlimited free coffee and there was water in the room too. Also there was beer in the room refrigerator but we didn’t touch that because we didn’t know if it was a charge for it. Only thing I would change is for front desk staff to be a little bit more friendly. The interaction was a little bit awkward kind of unwelcoming but other than that everything was great! We referred them already too many locals and our family and friends back in the US"

"The hotel is really beautiful! The rooms are big and nicely decorated. The main pool and bar area enjoyable. The family pool/kids area is perfect for small kids. The restaurant is very nice, food is good, not awesome. Staff attentive and kind. "
