10/10 Excellent
"Amazing resort. Incredible food. Beautiful beaches. Very friendly staff. Resort looks brand new - everywhere recently painted. Rooms very clean. Excellent wi fi. Included à la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner. Coming back very soon "
"The staff was friendly most of food I ate while on property was good. Very private small intimate location & a little far from main spots but we had a great driver that met our expectations while visiting Antigua. I can't wait to return back but we'll try another property next time."
"I stayed in a Royal Palm Beach room which was stunning. Rustic, charming, clean and peaceful. Right on the beach with my own sunbed and stunning ocean front room. I cant wait to come back"
"Fantastic beach! Worry-free vacation. Everything you need at Jolly Beach Resort. Several vendors on the beach to purchase sarongs and beach stuff. Had a foot massage and swam with turtles with Scooter Snorkeling. Paid an extra $50 USD for lobster dinner - well worth it. Highly recommend. "
Royalton Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
2/10 Terrible
"The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak. The lifeguard was not on duty for the majority of the day. He was chatting with other staff and not at his post. I rarely got a smile from the staff and they did not proactively ask to help. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, if service is important to you.
