"This hotel is very convenient for air travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The room is bright, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has lots of selection. The free shuttle is a plus.
I have a pleasant stay. The only suggestion is the reclining sofa needs to be upgraded as it is sagging. Other than that, all is good! "

"I love the d'Prima in terminal 3. I stay here every time I transit through Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff are always helpful. It's perfect for a late arrival to just get right to bed! Lots of good dining options in Terminal 3."
"Staying with family total 4 people. The rooms were clean. Our rooms with windows which were pretty good but they were very warm/hot when we got there. It took long to get comfortable room temperature.
The shuttle to airport departed on-time and the driver was very professional.
