"This hotel is such a gem! Situated in the wall of Tallinn’s Old Town, it’s ideally located to see all the charms of this wonderful place. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered all kinds of information about must-sees in the area. We were then escorted through the courtyard to our little cottage. The room was small, but cozy and such a comfy bed! And there’s a tub! I highly recommend this hotel and would be thrilled to stay here again. "

"The palace hotel was spot on for great city break.The hotel was very clean with a great pool area which includes steam room sauna jacuzzi .Breakfast was good and cafe excellent.The staff were first class.Will stay again "

"Lovely room, clean & a good size with a nice bathroom & great bath. The top floor spa suite is a decent size with a pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room. The buffet breakfast has a good range of dishes and was kept freshly topped up. The hotel is in a great location, 15 mins from the airport and a 5 min walk to the old town & many restaurants near by. The tram line was also right outside to get further afield. Would highly recommend."

"Location was amazing! Easy enough to walk into old town but also close to the train station and more modern restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving tips to my NYE in Tallinn. Parking was easy and happy that it was included. I didn’t get to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room that I got was small but worked for me - a solo traveller. I think if you had another person it would be cramped but doable if you two get along. The shower/toilet was also small but worked. The size didn’t bother me since the building is original and probably a few hundred years old! "
