"The property is extremely well maintained, Nelson and Joana are incredibly accommodating and ensured our experience was par none. They were on top of providing entertainment and transportation options that were fun and reliable. Without them we would have not had such a great time. I had high expectations for this experience but were blown away by such attention to detail and service par none. "

"Beautiful lodge in the heart of the coffee region. The property is very stylish with great design, very well accommodated rooms with large bathrooms, balcony, smart tv and tastefully furnished. The hotel has a lovely lounge area where a nice breakfast is served. We also had dinner there that was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We took our dog who had a wonderful time.The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.
The lodge is about two miles from the town of Filandia which has many dining, shopping and other atttractions. Serves as a great base for touring the region. Highly recommended. "
