"Wonderful location, secure parking and super friendly staff. Walking distance to all the sights of Castro. Warning if you plan to arrive into Castro after 6pm the traffic is dreadful!!"

"We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!"

"This hotel was very beautiful with a unique/quirky and cosy design. The bed was extremely comfortable and had large windows in the bedroom with beautiful views. Nice hot shower and the bathroom even had under tile heating. Friendly check in staff too. Didn't want to leave "

"The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "
