"Nice hotel in the old town. Vehicle access is a little tricky as it's a narrow, one way street, but not really a problem. Streets and sidewalks are cobble-stone and flagstone, so dragging a suitcase several blocks to or from the hotel would be annoying. Taxis and über are very cheap in Cusco, so get one two and from the door of the hotel if you have a suitcase.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Normal checkout is 10:00 a.m. Late checkout at noon is available for USD $35, which is not great. The desk are happy to look after cases for hours or days at no charge."
"Clean room, good location. Most importantly, great breakfast. Plus, the restaurant inside the hotel has best food. We ordered oxtail and Alpaca meat, so delicious! Best chef in Cusco."
"Room was spotlight and cane with full complement of climate control devices. Very pleasant, helpful staff. That said "reataurant" should not be referred to as such."
