"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests.
I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down.
On a positive. The location is amazing. "
"The hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly. We were given two bottles of wine free of charge. The breakfast was lovely with a great deal of choice, they could do with a larger toaster if I was nitpicking. "

"Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!"
