"The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and felt fresh.
The staff were a standout, incredibly polite, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which really elevated the experience.
The only minor downside was on our first morning at breakfast. It was very busy, a bit chaotic and felt slightly overwhelming. That said, this was clearly due to the high volume of guests and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff. Everyone was doing their best and I don’t place any blame on the hotel or team at all.
Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others."
