"Shanaya had so many things to offers, It’s a village so choose your villa wisely, if you want a good rest, Further down villa with a private pool will be a good option, but if you want it to be more convenient in term of access and closeness to lobby, then you have to choose older villas without private pool (don’t worry, their public pool just a step away anyway).
The staff are nice; the buggy driver was also very friendly. Shout-out to the mini zoo keeper —he was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was flavorful with a lot of options.

"I cannot speak highly enough about hotel staff, friendly, welcoming, helpful. From the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, staff in the Chamas and 2nd floor restaurants, bar area were excellent. Food including room service was of a high quality.
Very happy with my 4 night stay and highly recommend."
