"Very clean, staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel smells amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Reception staff spoke English and were always very friendly. The staff that did not speak English were very patient with me using google translate. Also love the 24/7 security. "

"We loved our stay at the Miramar by Windsor Copacabana. The staff was incredible—attentive, helpful, and always with the best attitude. Something we really appreciated is that they don’t try to charge extra for every little request, like many other hotels do. Needed adapters? They lent them to us with no problem. A kettle to heat up water? Also provided at no extra cost. Honestly, what hotel still does that today? 😌✨ The facilities are modern, very clean, and the location right in front of Copacabana is perfect. And the breakfast… amazing: plenty of options for every taste, everything fresh and delicious. 🥐🍉☕ In short: service 10/10, exceptional attention, and details that truly make a difference.
