"Staff were helpful, nice big room for a family of four with ample space. Bathroom was large and had a heater to dry clothes. Clean and well located, 10 min walk to city center."
"Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "
