"Room was clean. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Gym is also surprisingly well equipped. The free self-service laundry room was also very helpful if you are going for a long stay (i stayed with my wife and kid for 7 days). The breakfast can be too repetitive though."

"Great vibe and atmosphere for the brand. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The nice female staff at the check in desk helped to resolve an unexpected issue with my Expedia booking at no time. (I forgot to ask her name, but we checked in on the afternoon of Dec 07). The room deco is great. You can tell the effort of the designer to fit everything together perfectly for a warm and smooth vibe. The hotel itself gives a classic and luxury atmosphere as soon as you step in. Everything else from breakfast to facility also live up to the brand’s reputation. We would definitely go back again in the future."

"Rooms though have partial outdated decor like lightings - are very clean, bright, spacious, comfortable & well maintained. Toiletries are good & bathroom nice.. Staff are very nice & helpful - from front office, doorman, housekeeper & cafe. Location is convenient, with a small mall attached. Huge commercial gym - free for guests."
