Breakfast was another highlight: wonderful and generous, with fresh fruit and a variety of choices that made it easy to start the day happy and well-fed. The location is also incredibly convenient; ideal for walking to Évora’s main sights without feeling stuck in the busiest tourist swirl. What really elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made everything feel effortless.
