"My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife.
Our first beach side holiday.
Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing.
We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there.
Only two negatives that we noticed was
1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great.
This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have.
2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr.

"We had a good short stay at THB Lanzarote Beach. The breakfast selection was vast with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is a little dated, and we did come across a cockroach by the pool, but the pool area was otherwise lovely — very big, sunny, and with plenty of sun loungers available. The views over the beach are beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service and an unbeatable location."
