"Wonderful property with wonderful staff "

"We stayed at the BON Hotel over Christmas break with our family—three children (ages 8, 3, and 1) and my 76-year-old mother—and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made traveling with young children much easier. We appreciated the daily replenishment of water, coffee pods, and the small chocolates—those details really added to the feeling of care and quality. Housekeeping was excellent; the cleaning staff did a consistently thorough job, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. Because of the size of the resort, there is a lot of walking. We rented a wheelchair for my mother, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. Golf carts were readily available and specifically dispatched for disabled guests, which made getting around manageable and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages of this property is that there is so much to do on-site that you truly do not need to leave. The food across the resort was overall very good, and the service was impeccable. Staff were responsive, professional, and available at any time via the service contact system, which made us feel well supported throughout our stay. Our main disappointment was the theme park. The website made it appear as though it would be open, but it was not. The only options within the park area were the Nektar restaurant and the Cirque du Soleil show. "We stayed for a week. Was very impressed. The staff were amazing, couldn't ask for more helpful and courteous people. The grounds people kept immaculate. The wait staff were on point , made sure u had everything you needed, from drinks by the pool, in the restaurants they cleared your plates and kept your drinks full. The chefs and cooking staff catered to u whether in the a-la- carte or the buffet. Food was excelent, better than expceted. Lots of variety. The entertainment staff kept u busy all day if u wanted and left u alone if u wanted to chill..Our housekeeper was amazing. Or room was spotless everyday. They have a security staff, that kept an eye on us all day.There were zero issues, but if someone was doing something they weren't supposed to they addressed it immediately so it to get out of hand. They were great guys.The room was big, bed was huge, comfortable, pillows were awesome, lots of water pressure in the shower. Fridge was restocked daily. The pool, beach,tennis courts all amenities were well taken care of. We had a amazing, memorable trip. Definitely will be returning. 10/10 for us. "

"The staff at Hotel Mio were amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The view from the rooftop restaurant was a 10/10 and if you get a room on the river keep a lookout for the crocodile and all of the iguanas in the trees. "
