For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that. "
"We loved our stay there, near many attractions that you can easily walk to or take the taxi for ~$2 dollars to the Darwin Research Station/Pier or more if further away, staff were friendly & accommodating. Breakfasts was delicious & our rooms were newly renovated (you can ask if are available). We love that they have a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, spa, water dispensers, outdoor tables for gathering/reading/dining & ice available upon requests. Unforgettable journeys & escape home in Galapagos!! We definitely recommend & would love to return if extra blessings permits. "
