"Super clean, fresh and new. Loved it here. As nice as the photos show. Absolutely no issues at check in as far as staff goes. (Commenting this because other reviews really made it seem awful but I personally had a very pleasant experience). "

"Room was clean, but had a few tiny little black ants in the bathroom. Staff was kind and attentive. We did not eat breakfast. Our room faced the street, without a balcony."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Haya in Ybor City. It has the feel of a unique boutique hotel—warm, inviting, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Our courtyard-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool lights and palm trees. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job each day. We also enjoyed the onsite café, and the bar was excellent and very comfortable. Logan, one of the bartenders, was outstanding and made our experience even better. The location was perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants in historic Ybor City. We will happily stay here again!"
