"Beautiful resort with great staff! From the first greeting to the final check out, every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The quality of drinks & à la carte options definitively beat other resorts we have been to. Buffet food will always be a little eh - even if you are at a top quality resort. We definitely appreciated having made to order options available all day. Everything was very clean and updated. Room was beautiful, the app was awesome and keeps you informed where everything is happening. We came because of the pickleball courts, luckily we had friends that came so we could play doubles otherwise I would definitely not expect to find tons of pickleball people here. The glow in the dark pickleball night was fun. Angel was so much fun and entertaining when we seen him at the entertainment events. I do wish they had shows and more entertainment options but overall everything else from restaurants to the rooms and staff made up for it. Land shark is definitely the place for à la cart great food so you don’t even have to eat at the buffet. The jwb was delicious as well. Definitely take the time when you arrive to make reservations for the restaurants. We didn’t get reservations for our first two days here. We did 6 days 5 nights and it was perfect. "This place was beautiful with clean room, awesome staff throughout my favorite Person? was Jesus at the inside bar when I had an accident he showed true compassion and kind throughout our trip asking me how I was. The room was spotless. We had a couple little issues with the toilet that did not flush very well and they fixed it promptly. Food was excellent to fair depending on where we ate. Pool beautiful. My favorite was the ocean waves and temperature. Enjoyed using my float!"

"If anyone is thinking about staying at this property, the answer is YES — this is truly one of the best resorts in the Cancún Costa Mujeres area. Everything was a 10/10. The staff is outstanding. From check-in onward, everyone treated us with courtesy and warmth. Luis from the management team is amazing! always checking in to make sure everything was going well through our whole stay , Julio from guest services was extremely helpful , and Tomas Jonathan and Carla in the restaurants provided amazing service. The rooms were always impeccable, and the beach in this area is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay — we would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort."

"pros: - food was truly great. the breakfast was excellent, the almost-always available freshly made tacos were incredible. pool side grill was great. gelato was really phenomenal. churo/ benuela stand was fun! asian restaurant and mexican places were very good. the steakhouse was our least favourite. -service was great- carlos G (our breakfast waiter) had memorized our particulars by day 2 (who needed coffee, extras etc) and the staff would come round the pool often to bring you what you needed. -rooms very comfortable -pools were really good. clean, lots of space, inflatable for the kids. -beaches were stand out- so much fun for the kids, clean, white sand, and lots of shallow space for snorkelling and wave jumping cons: i didn't love the kids club- you had to check your kid in for like each activity and it was really tailored to very very little kids. not much (at the kids club) for our 7-9 year olds (but it was ok as the rest of the resort was awesome) also, there is no waterpark or lazy river, except some slides that were only accessible through the kids club. overall, this resort was great! "
