Hyatt Ziva Cancun All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"pros:
- food was truly great. the breakfast was excellent, the almost-always available freshly made tacos were incredible. pool side grill was great. gelato was really phenomenal. churo/ benuela stand was fun! asian restaurant and mexican places were very good. the steakhouse was our least favourite.
-service was great- carlos G (our breakfast waiter) had memorized our particulars by day 2 (who needed coffee, extras etc) and the staff would come round the pool often to bring you what you needed.
-rooms very comfortable
-pools were really good. clean, lots of space, inflatable for the kids.
-beaches were stand out- so much fun for the kids, clean, white sand, and lots of shallow space for snorkelling and wave jumping
cons:
i didn't love the kids club- you had to check your kid in for like each activity and it was really tailored to very very little kids. not much (at the kids club) for our 7-9 year olds (but it was ok as the rest of the resort was awesome)
also, there is no waterpark or lazy river, except some slides that were only accessible through the kids club.
overall, this resort was great! "

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt

"We have enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the staff, entertainment, breakfast, lunch and dinners WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you for the most amazing experience! See you again!"
"Everything was great and my family of 5 (2 adults and kids aged 17, 16, and 8) had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, the food was high quality, and the resort accommodations were top notch. We will return!"
"Food was great all around. Many options so never got tired of the choices. Overall great.
Only some downsides: bed was not the most comfortable, resort credits were not what we thought that would be and having to get up extra early to claim chairs by the pool. "
"We had a few unexpected incidents during our stay. Due to a water leak in our room, we had to move rooms, and since there was no appropriately sized room available, we had to move again the following day. However, we consider these kinds of troubles to be part of traveling, so it didn’t bother us.
Before coming, we were a bit worried because we had seen some very negative reviews, but overall our experience was not bad.
One area that could be improved is the number of beach beds. There didn’t seem to be enough, and it often felt overcrowded.
Although the building seems old, we could see that maintenance and improvements are being actively carried out."
