"Most of the staff were friendly and respectful from check in to check out . The hotel was Well kept as most hiltons abroad are . The manager is doing a good job at running this hotel. I didnt find any thing wrong with my stay here . "

"The room and bathroom were good and quite clean. The hotel's location is very good, quite close to the Plaza de Armas, and the area is quite safe. The staff is very friendly. It's just a suggestion: it would be good if they offered a better breakfast."

"My only complaint is that this hotel is noisy inside. All the walls seem to be thin. I could hear people’s conversations and tv shows from inside my room. One morning I listened to my neighbor in the next room ranting and raving for 40 minutes before I finally went to front desk to complain. I ate the complimentary breakfast only one time; breakfast cereal served with no milk, scrambled eggs served at room temperature, and bland tasteless bread for the butter and jam. The hotel is attractive and the staff members are accommodating, but I will not stay here again."
