"Great hotel. Prime location. And I mean right there. You can walk out the doors and you’re right in the middle of it all. Restaurants. Shopping. A few landmarks/ museums etc. that’s what we picked this hotel for. Was because we did not have to wasn’t a whole bunch of time catching buses/metro etc. we did venture out. But the main stuff was right by us. Loved Vienna "

"Staff was great, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Rooms were amazing. Very spacious and well designed. A sauna was inside the room which was very unique. Next to a grocery store which was convenient. Closet was dark and could use a light. Overall I highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly spacious for a hotel. The kitchenette was well stocked, which made longer stays especially comfortable.
The staff and service were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to get around.
A special highlight was the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was excellent and we highly recommend it. We also appreciated having easy access to snacks and drinks downstairs, perfect for something quick or a late-night bite.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel."

"We had the Mozart Suite which was a lovely size room! The hotel was clean tidy, great location for the Transport Network, close to the centre and local Xmas Markets! The hotel bar was cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful and would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Yes,. The Grand Chic was spot less. The staff was very helpful and no issues except in my itinerary it does show Buffet Breakfast was included,. With that the check in said it was not. Very concerning.
We came in late from our flight and informing the hotel the driver was at the airport to take us to the Grand .Very impressed with the service.
