"AC was dripping water on arrival, staff dealt with it right away. There was 2 AC in the room, so we used just one AC and it was enough. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We stayed at the family room. There was a King and 3 singles, it was very comfortable for our family, as our kids sleep early so the single beds had some privacy and dark while the king bed have lights on. Beach access was very convenient and the outdoor pool was clean. There were jugs of water on each floor for drinking water. Staff were all very polite. "
