And the location was very convenient since it's across the street from the peace memorial park and blocks away from Hondori, a great location for shopping and eating! The room was nice and clean! "Great hotel near all the Hiroshima sites and public transport. Excellent sized room, bathroom sizeable (for Japan standards), adequate hot water all the time, great wster pressure. Breakfast was amazing with their selection of a cooked meal, along with an extensive buffet. 14th floor bar and reception was great and in the afternoon/ evening they had canapes which were redeemed using coins provided upon check-in. A really nice touch. Great stay!"

"Room are fairly sized, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable! The vanity amenities are quite nice! The girl at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly, sweet, talkative attentative, and her english was perfect!! She was a pleasure to chat with. The girls at the bellman counter were great as well, they were very busy but very efficient and very courteous!"

"We had a great stay in Hiroshima. VIAINN is only 5 minutes from Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean & the staff very courteous & helpful. Hiroshima is a major station so all the shop’s & restaurants are there for travellers convenience."

"The breakfast was good, and I was happy that even though I went late, there was enough of everything left. The fresh made pancakes were a delight, but I was disappointed that I could not make the topping machine work, and I would have liked to have a maple syrup option."

"Great large room (for Japan) and a huge bed. The people who cleaned every day did a great job I always felt like I came back to a spotless room every single day. As far as the stay everything was great. The area is perfect very short walk to the park, honoring street, the dome, and right in front of a street car station. If all you want is a clean convenient place for a good price this is it. Now for my complaints in case any of this is important to you. Breakfast I only tried once. It was ok, pretty standard hotel breakfast I think. The coffee was from a machine and honestly very bad. Variety was fine, it was all fine but too expensive for what it was. Not an issue for most people though as there's conviene stores right outside and short walk to tons of restaurants. View was nonexistent. Big huge window that showed me the blank wall of the building next to us. The bath was tiny but busy. It's not bad per say but it definitely is not great. Do not come here for the laundry or bath because they can get so busy they're basically unusable. Come here for the convinience, big rooms, and cheap price. Avoid if you want a great breakfast or bath."

"I absolutely love it it's been the best home away from home, the staff are all so very nice and it's nice having laundry machines not having to travel for doing laundry.... I've been here going on 3 months now and haven't had one complaint.... all in all I absolutely love it here and will continue staying here anytime I'm in this area ❤️"
