The ambiance was calm, welcoming, and perfect for both of us to relax and enjoy our time together. Maday was a gem and took great care of us by organizing tours and activities that were fun, safe, and perfectly suited for us. "Beautiful small family run resort with very friendly and accomodating staff. Bungalows are small but have everything you need. Reliable wifi. Howler monkey come through every morning between 5 and 530am but their howling only lasts a few minutes. Did not try the Chillax restaurant while we were there but it has good reviews. There is a cabinet by the restaurant with silverware, glasses etc where guests are able to help themselves. Staff is happy to show you where it is. Most tours will pick you up right at the resort. "

"We booked triple ocean view room for 3 nights. We were in a room which was renovated. We were in room 202, which has a huge building in front of the balcony. However, you could see I’ll see the ocean to the right and left of the building. The room should have been less than the 3rd floor room because of the obstructed view. The room was spacious for 3 people, 2 beds and a sofa, refrigerator, coffeemaker and coffee table. However, they charge you $2 for the coffee pod. They did have free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Many choices and the taste and service was great in dining area. It had beautiful view. Front staff was helpful. There was parking on property, but the entrance is steep and it curves. My most favorite place was the rooftop. During the day, you can see ocean on both sides. In the evening, it was so pleasant at the rooftop that we played cards. It was lovely, we saw stars and sunset colors from there. We liked the location of the hotel. Only 5-8 minutes driving to all key places to visit. Thank you!! "

"We had a great stay. The hotel was beautiful and lush, our room was nice, and the pool area was excellent. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. We saw tons of wildlife at the property as well. Walkable to a mini market and a few restaurants."
