"Good location. The room is clean and spacious with very good sound proof, very comfortable mattress and big bed for two. Breakfast is ok, staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing to bear in mind is that you may need to wait for sometime to have the room if you arrive at the hotel before 3pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "

"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the kindest, most welcoming, and helpful that I’ve had at any hotel (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels). Saulo checked us in and a lovely person (I forget his name but he was a trainee) helped bring our bags to our room, offered us wine and pastries upon check in, planned our day for us while most things were closed on Christmas, and went well out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. I could not recommend this hotel more. The room was great, the AC worked well, water pressure in the shower was unbeatable and I’d give it a 20/10 if I could. I will be back. "

"Rooms are beautiful, a bit small if there’s 2 people BUT Very chic & modern! Great location that’s near a 24hr McDonald’s if hungry during the night & it can be loud throughout the day into late evening. Staff is very welcoming. Breakfast was pretty decent at a good rate also 👍"

"We had a great stay at Pestana Rua Augusta. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable inside the hotel.
The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pestana Rua Augusta to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.
