"Room is good, just old building, hot water takes a long time to operate. I think i asked when I was booking online if we get room (historic room) like in the picture (facing the road), but we got the room facing back. That’s the only 2 per peeve I had. I love the room service, very clean and tidy. Also the parking lot is too far, it costed me €35 when i dropped my car just after sun down til the next morning around 10 am."

"Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms.
The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet.
Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early."
