"Excellent hotel and service "

"On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food and service were nothing short of excellent. We were able to take part in the free walking tour of Lisbon provided by the hotel which was very good. They also made a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. All in all one of our best hotel stays. Would recommend 100%"

"Great staff, excellent location, very clean. Very convenient to include breakfast. It was delicious: fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, ham, coffee, tea, freshly baked bread, etc. It saved us a lot of time not having to look for a place to eat in the morning. "

"Room was very clean and quiet despite the thin walls I did not find that I had any sleeping issues due to noise. The breakfast was surprisingly fresh and the staff very lovely and accommodating. The location of this hotel is perfect, so many places to explore within walking distance and also amazing transport links. "
