"Overall great place to stay at. The scent, and the ambiance of the boutique hotel was amazing. It felt like a mini resort. Stephanie is great at the front desk & in preparation of our reservations. I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name. From housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone is very friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. I had requested some add ons to our room, within minutes, I want to say less than 5 minutes everything was connected in the room. The pool & jacuzzi have temperature control and towels are available if needed. Laying chairs are positioned to get some sun exposure for tanning but also have a few under shade. Something else that was available during our stay was coffee, tea, oatmeal, cookies, and a fruit bowl in the lobby. The marina is walking distance so no need to drive. Shops and eateries are also near by. They also provided great recommendations on what to do near by and it was a hit for our family. "

"Staff are courteous and polite. Very clean room. I booked for a king bed room with balcony, and was given a bigger room with a living room and a small kitchen. We very much appreciate the good surprise. Have stayed in other hotels in Santa Barbara before, and It’s our first time in this hotel, and we will for sure be back. We had a great stay. Thank you very much."

"The staff was amazing. They made my wife and I feel so special on our honeymoon. They ordered us a bottle of champagne, it wasn’t something they carried at their lobby market place either. Valet was so accommodating and polite. The room was so clean with a great view of the ocean. They conveniently kept great communication through text (my preferred method. Provided great recommendations of things to do for us. The outdoor patio area had fire pits for us to relax at too. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a great experience I highly recommend The Milo. "
