"The staff were so nice, gave advice on how to see the historical spots, food, and more. The location feels completely secure and safe and right at the heart of the historical center. Honestly I can’t say enough about my stay there!"

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The location next to a beautiful outdoor mall was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our top-floor room was lovely, and room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and there were also great nearby food choices at the mall.
One small suggestion for improvement: I hope the hotel considers removing room numbers from the key cards, as it could be a safety concern if a card is lost.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
